CNC Polyclinic is registered by the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender Elderly and Children with registration number 120488. The clinic is located in Yombo Vituka, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Operations commenced in January, 2022. With an outstanding team, CNC Polyclinic aims to provide outstanding health services to the community. We provide both general doctor consultancy and specialty consultancy.
